The system also offers an optional Online Leak Detection
Mechanism whereby each pouch from the pouch take-up conveyor passes through a
pressing conveyor which removes excess air from leakage pouch through which the
operator can easily differentiate leaky pouches.
By automating and integrating the primary and secondary packing process, milk manufacturers can save labour, time and space while improving productivity and ensuring correct pouch count and control of operations. Nichrome’s solutions also offer the optional features of data logging and online crate weighing. The entire production data can be logged and saved on Cloud or central server system.
